Refund policy

We accept returns only for defective products within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sarayaevents.com. Returns must be sent by mail to our designated address (please contact us for return instructions).

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A 25% restocking fee will apply.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@sarayaevents.com if your item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Non-defective items

Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective products. Once your return is approved, you may choose to receive a replacement item or store credit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned defective item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card processing time.
